Papered Mind reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following:

  • You have reviewed and understand our product descriptions, pricing, and shipping timelines.

  • You acknowledge and accept our final sale policy.

  • You accept responsibility for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

 

We are not liable for:

  • Packages lost or delayed by the postal service

  • Items stolen after delivery

  • Customs fees or import taxes on international orders

​All purchases made through Papered Mind are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Items not meeting personal expectations

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

 

Please ensure you review all product descriptions, images, and FAQs before placing your order.

Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and, where appropriate, offer store credit or a replacement at our discretion.
