Papered Mind is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers (Tracking numbers are provided once orders are processed and shipped.

  • Lost or stolen packages once shipped (Please file claim with carrier.)

  • Damaged products due to shipping carriers handling (Email us, we'll compromise on a resolution)

  • Customs fees or duties on international orders

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout (Please review inputted information before completing order.)

 

By placing an order with us, you agree to this shipping policy and the terms outlined below.

Shipping Policy 

Processing Times

All orders without social media video are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped that will include your tracking number.

All orders with social media video are processed within 6-9  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. This is due to the filming and editing processing times.

During peak times (such as new launches or holiday seasons), processing times may be extended slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within U.S. 

​

USPS Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipping

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to postal service issues.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Papered Mind Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@paperedmind.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the shipping carrier.
