Processing Times

All orders without social media video are processed within 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped that will include your tracking number.

All orders with social media video are processed within 8-12  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. This is due to the filming and editing processing times.

During peak times (such as new launches or holiday seasons), processing times may be extended slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

United States

• FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $115 or more (after discounts, where applicable).

• Orders under $115 will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We’re happy to ship to customers around the world! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.

Please note:

• Delivery times vary by country and the shipping service selected.

• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

• International delivery estimates do not include customs processing times, which may cause additional delays.​

While we work hard to ship every order promptly, delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your package has been shipped, transit times are outside of our control, and delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier operations, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Papered Mind Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@paperedmind.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the shipping carrier.
